On this Ayutthaya tour, you will see some of the ruins of over 400 stone temples and Buddhist statues. At the Summer Palace at Bang Pa-In see the mixture of Thai, Chinese, and Gothic architecture. This is the perfect day out for those interested in historical Siamese temple architecture and a good excuse to escape the hectic pace of Bangkok for a day.
TOUR DESCRIPTION
We will collect you from your Bangkok hotel and proceed north out of Bangkok to the city of Ayutthaya. On the route, we will make the first stop at Bang Pa-In Summer Palace. At the Summer Palace at Bang Pa-In see the mixture of Thai, Chinese, and Gothic architecture. we will proceed to the city of Ayutthaya and visit the first Temple of the day (Wat Yai Chaimongkhol) Lunch will be taken before we will see a further selection of some of the more interesting temples and remnants Ayutthaya has to offer. Our day will finish when we drive you back to your Bangkok hotel.

You are touring in a hot climate wear comfortable cool attire. Shorts and t-shirt or similar clothing are good for this tour. Rain is possible at any time of the year but more likely during the rainy season months of May to October - bring a lightweight raincoat during these months. There are only short brief walks on this tour and sandal type footwear is OK.
