Experience the best rafting in Northern Thailand on the Mae Tang River. This is the longest rafting trip on the Mae Tang River taking in the fiercest rapids this river has to offer.
TOUR DESCRIPTION
You will be picked up at your Chiang Mai Guest House/hotel and we will drive north to the Mae Tang area. We will transport you up River to the rafting camp where your adventure will depart. You will be provided with a full safety briefing and proper instruction on white water Rafting. Lunch will be taken at the rafting camp by the river. The Fun will surely begin after Lunch as you board the rafts and cover about 10 km of the best and biggest rapids the Mae Tang River has to offer. In the wet season, you will be tackling rapids of up to grade four. At the end of the course, you will have the chance to change out of your wet clothes before our drive back to Chiang Mai.

All trips are led by seasoned guides and instructors. All speak English, are knowledgeable rafting guides and have been well trained in all rescue and first aid techniques.
This is a Full day tour and we will provide lunch.
You will be led by seasoned and well trained rafting guides. Your safety is always the number one priority. Accident insurance is provided to cover some medical bills in case of an injury but it is advised that you have your own comprehensive accident insurance. Before commencement of the white water rafting you will have a briefing on safety and navigation techniques.
Wear light clothes as tbiking in this part of the world can be hot and sweaty work. Shorts, T shirt and a sun hat are ideal. Wear a swim suit or shorts for the rafting and a t shirt if you choose. There is no footwear worn in the raft. You will be supplied with life jacket and safety helmet. After the days rafting you will need a change of dry clothes.
